HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

One of our Project Managers will meet with the homeowner/executor to view the estate, go over the contract and discuss the timeline. Once the contract is signed our team of professionals will come into the home excavate, organize, stage, advertise, price, place all required signage, and hold the sale.

WHAT IF SOMETHING DOESN'T SELL?

This will be discussed with each land owner individually for their preference. But in the case of wanting the home empty these items will be donated or disposed of. The goal is to complete the sale and turn the home back over to the owner empty, delivering a clean state.

All of our workers have been screened and have no criminal history. As a matter of fact, our workers are considered our family members. They are all very well mannered, polite and a joy to be around.

Yes. The contract is designed to be flexible to whatever situation that the homeowner is in.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES REAL ESTATE REHAB HAVE?

We specialize in understanding the sales markets for household items better than most. Making a point to be actively involved in community sales, antique stores, buying new or used online and the social media marketplaces. If we come across something that we don't have the knowledge base on, we will do the due diligence to obtain it for our client.

Real Estate Rehab does complete wrap around services for each homeowner based on the needs of the family or the situation. We take great care in dealing with clients no matter what service they choose. We don't charge a commission or only offer to help you with particular items. Our service is all about our client and the communities we support!
