Real Estate Rehab was a business venture I took on when I lived in Big Horn, Wyoming focusing on just estate sales. Whether there was a death in the family and an estate that had to be split or a big move the end result was always a smile and sigh of relief.
All real estate is not the same!! Some property owners have A LOT of stuff, some not so much, some have inherited an entire house full of stuff. It's okay to be overwhelmed and have no idea where to start, or where to find the time to organize it for an estate sale!! That is where Real Estate Rehab comes in!
We will excavate it, organize it, price it, market it, and host the sale for you. Leaving you with an empty house ready to sell or rehab. All done is as little as 7 days. We make the process simple, straight forward and easy!

As the business owner, Sadie Holter I have had my hands in it all. I am a Jill of all trades and a master of none. I have over 20+ years of project management from the top of the corporate world to the bottom of the barrel working in cow manure at the cattle auction barn. My passion is helping and working with people. I especially enjoy our seniors because they always seem to have the best stories to share. I also have a heart for all teenagers, always finding a way to help them persevere in todays world. But more than all of that I like to work hard and I've always been a sponge for information. I've always listened and learned very quickly, which has given me so many amazing opportunities and provided me with a hugely well rounded amount of knowledge and abilities, which I refer to as "wisdom". I can do plumbing, light electrical (certified electrical estimator) tile, flooring, paint, frame, drywall, demolition, some auto mechanics, weld, millwork, framing, earthwork, landscaping, repurpose and/or up-cycle just about anything.
